Do you offer any other prints, sizes or mediums than those that are listed?
Yes! Any image shown in my gallery can be printed in almost any size. I have only made listings for the most popular prints and sizes to keep my shop neat, but feel welcome to make a request for anything you’d like to purchase.
I can also get images printed in triptych (split into three), on wood, acrylic or many types of merchandise. My images are available to license for small and large businesses to use in their advertising campaigns and publications or for personal digital use. What is your return policy?
I want you to be 100% satisfied with your purchase from Rogue Aurora Photography. If you are unsatisfied with your print for any reason, you may notify me within 7 days of receipt and return the product within 21 days for a full refund or exchange. Please Contact Me to request a return. Except in cases where damage or defect is present, the buyer will be required to pay return shipping costs. How long does it take to ship an order?
I am usually able to ship about a week after your order has been placed, and shipped orders typically take 2-7 business days to arrive depending on your location.
However, because each item is not made until you order it, I may occasionally require an additional week to ensure the quality of your order.

How much do you charge for shipping?
All my wall art prints ship FREE to the lower 48 states. I don’t want any of my customers to worry about surprise charges. What you see is what you get at Rogue Aurora Photography. You order the print, and I take care of the shipping!

Can I request expedited shipping?
Absolutely! Contact Me to let me know where you’re located and how soon you need it for a free personalized shipping quote.
What should I do if my order is damaged in shipping?
Please email a snapshot of the damage on the package and product to firstname.lastname@example.org within 7 days of receipt, and I’ll gladly send you a replacement item.
How do I care for a Gallery Wrapped Canvas?
Dust or smudges can be removed by lightly rubbing with a clean, damp cloth. I recommend placing the canvas where it will not be subject to direct sunlight for extended periods of time as over-exposure to sunlight can cause discoloration. It is best to avoid extreme temperatures and humidity as these can cause the canvas to become loose and sag on the stretcher bars. If you acquire unwanted scratches or nicks, these can be touched up with an archival ink pen or marker which can be purchased at your local art or craft store.
How do I care for a Metal Print?
As the name implies, metal prints are extremely durable. Regular glass cleaner and soft cloth will do fine. Do not use abrasive cleaners. Metal prints are UV resistant, however, prolonged exposure to sun can eventually ruin anything so take care to avoid too much direct sun.
Do you include a matte and frame with your prints?
No, unfortunately I am not able to matte and frame any prints at this time.
Can I get my paper prints mounted on a hard backing for added stability?
Yes! For a small additional fee, I can mount any size of paper print on a sturdy backing to enhance the stability and longevity of your print and make framing easier. Contact Me for a free quote!
What type of payment options do you offer?
I accept PayPal and all major credit cards. Your credit card information is securely processed by Stripe and never stored on my site.
